Rachel Milne Painter
Rachel Milne is a figurative painter in her early thirties working from Jamaica Street Studios in Bristol. Believing in the basic training of drawing and observation this has become the foundation for her working practice. She has recently given up her employment to have six months full time painting, she is currently concentrating on landscape plein air and portraits.
